It gives salons a structured way to develop their team — from staff training records and a skills matrix through to apprentice tracking, model appointments and, on Signature, running paid courses with student bookings and certificates.
Because it lives inside the same platform as your calendar, clients and website, training connects naturally to the rest of your salon: model appointments sit in your diary, course payments flow through your usual tools, and academy pages can appear on your own website.
Orbis Salon Academy supports training records and course management. It does not replace official apprenticeship provider systems, employment obligations, safeguarding responsibilities or legal advice.
