Manager app questions

Who is the Orbis Salon Manager app for? ▾
It's for salon owners, managers and staff. Each team member logs in with their own account, and what they can see and do depends on the permissions you give them.
What devices does it work on? ▾
You can use Orbis Salon Manager from desktop, tablet or mobile. There's also a Windows desktop experience — see the Orbis Salon Manager for Windows page for details.
Can staff see only their own diary? ▾
Yes, where enabled. Permissions control what each staff member can access — from just their own column in the calendar through to full business reports.
Can I take payments through the app? ▾
POS and payment features are available where enabled on your plan and setup. Card processing is handled by your payment provider, whose fees apply separately.
Do I need a separate account for the app? ▾
No. The Manager app uses your existing Orbis Salon business account — the same login as the web version at app.orbissalon.co.uk.
