Referral programme terms

1. Programme name

This programme is the Orbis Salon “Give a month, get a month” referral programme (the “Programme”), operated by Orbis Digital as part of the Orbis Salon platform.

2. Eligibility

To refer, you must hold an active Orbis Salon account in good standing. To be referred, a business must be a new Orbis Salon customer that has not previously held an Orbis Salon account and is not owned or controlled by the referrer.

3. How referrals work

Each eligible account has a unique referral link available inside the Orbis Salon app. A referral is recorded when a new salon signs up through that link (or otherwise validly attributes the referral at signup). Referral tracking is visible inside your Orbis Salon account.

4. When the new salon receives their extra month

The referred salon receives the normal Orbis Salon free trial plus one extra free month. The extra month is applied when they join through a valid referral link and their signup qualifies under these terms.

5. When the referring salon receives their free month

The referring salon receives one free month/account credit for each qualifying referred salon. A referral qualifies once the referred salon has completed signup through the referral link and become an active, paying Orbis Salon customer. Rewards are subject to review and approval.

6. Reward form and limitations

• Rewards are applied as free time or account credit against Orbis Salon subscription fees only.
• Rewards have no cash value and no cash alternative is available.
• Referral credits cannot be applied to third-party costs. Payment processing fees may still apply depending on your payment provider and setup.
• Where a subscription is billed through an app store, referral credits may not be applicable to that billing route; credits apply to Orbis Salon subscription fees billed by Orbis.

7. Fair use

• No self-referrals. You may not refer your own business, or an account you own or control.
• No fake or duplicate accounts. Referrals created through fake, duplicate or fraudulent accounts do not qualify.
• Referral links must not be shared through spam, misleading advertising or paid placement that implies official Orbis endorsement.

8. Changes, withdrawal and misuse

Orbis may amend, suspend or withdraw the Programme at any time. Changes will not remove rewards already properly credited. Rewards may be withheld or reversed where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the Programme has been misused.
