Orbis Salon Switcher Offer Terms

1. Promotion

Eligible new Orbis Salon customers who switch from another booking, salon management, beauty, barber, aesthetics or appointment platform may receive standard branded app setup under this offer.

On qualifying Standard plans, standard app setup is included at no extra setup cost, subject to the offer limit below.

On qualifying Service Fee plans, standard app setup is available for a one-off £49 app build fee. The £49 app build fee is payable before standard app setup begins and is non-refundable once setup work has started.

2. Offer Limit

Free standard app setup on qualifying Standard plans is limited to the first 25 eligible and approved salons only. The offer ends on 31st October 2026 or, for free setup, when 25 eligible places have been claimed, whichever happens first. The £49 app build fee option on qualifying Service Fee plans does not count towards, and is not limited by, the 25 free places, but ends on the same date.

3. Qualifying Plans

Free standard app setup: the customer must subscribe to an eligible Orbis Salon website-included Standard plan priced at £29.99 per month or higher. Growth Standard (£29.99/month) and Signature Standard (£49.99/month) qualify.

£49 app build fee: customers who subscribe to Growth Service Fee (£14.99/month) or Signature Service Fee (£24.99/month) — website-included Service Fee plans, formerly shown as Flex plans — may receive standard app setup for a one-off £49 app build fee.

This offer does not apply to the Link to Existing Website option, Lite, Starter plans, free trials only, cancelled accounts, suspended accounts or accounts that do not become active paid subscriptions.

4. Switcher Requirement

The customer must be switching from another booking, salon management, beauty, barber, aesthetics or appointment platform.

Orbis Salon may request evidence that the customer used another platform before switching and evidence that the previous platform has been cancelled or is in the process of being cancelled.

Accepted evidence may include cancellation confirmation emails, screenshots, final invoices, account screenshots, provider correspondence or other suitable evidence accepted by Orbis Salon.

Orbis Salon reserves the right to refuse the offer if suitable evidence is not provided.

5. Free Trial and App Setup Timing

The standard app setup process will only begin after the customer has completed any applicable free trial, selected a qualifying paid plan, provided required evidence, provided required assets and information, and the account has become an active paid subscription.

Once all required information has been provided and the account is active, Orbis Salon will aim to begin standard app setup within 14 days.

Timescales may vary depending on customer response times, app store developer account setup, app store review times, missing assets, technical requirements or third-party delays.

6. Standard App Setup

The offer covers standard Orbis Salon branded app setup only.

It does not include custom app development, bespoke features, custom integrations, paid advertising, photography, copywriting outside standard setup, third-party software charges, app store developer fees, domain purchases outside the agreed offer, or any work outside the standard Orbis Salon app setup process.

7. Developer Accounts

Customers may be required to provide or create their own Apple Developer account and Google Play Developer account.

Apple, Google or other third-party fees are not included in this offer unless agreed separately in writing.

Approval of apps by Apple, Google or any other app store is not guaranteed by Orbis Salon.

8. Ongoing Fees

Standard Orbis Salon monthly subscription fees continue to apply.

The app setup promotion does not remove, reduce or replace the normal monthly subscription cost.

Any standard ongoing fees, plan fees, add-on fees, SMS charges, payment processing fees, developer account fees, domain fees or third-party costs remain payable where applicable.

9. Ownership and Access

The Orbis Salon platform, app framework, codebase, source code, app templates, technical infrastructure and related intellectual property remain the property of Orbis Salon / Orbis Digital Ltd.

The customer receives use of the app service while their Orbis Salon account remains active and in good standing.

If the customer cancels Orbis Salon, fails to pay, is suspended, or the service ends, access to the app service may be removed and the app may become unavailable.

The customer does not own the app source code or Orbis Salon software.

10. Domains, Hosting and Webmail

Customers can bring their own domain or may be provided with a domain as part of the Orbis Salon setup where agreed.

Website hosting is included while the customer remains on an eligible active Orbis Salon plan.

Free webmail may be provided on request where technically available and suitable for the customer's domain setup.

Domain registration, renewal, DNS management, transfer rules and mailbox availability may depend on the domain provider, hosting provider and technical configuration.

11. Availability and Withdrawal

This promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended or refused at any time where misuse, fraud, abuse, duplicate applications, ineligible accounts or unsuitable evidence is suspected.

Orbis Salon's decision on eligibility is final.

12. No Cash Alternative

There is no cash alternative, refund, credit or transferable value if the customer does not proceed with app setup, does not provide the required information, cancels the account, does not complete the developer account requirements, or is not approved by an app store.

13. Fair Use

This offer is intended for genuine salons, barbers, beauty businesses and aesthetics clinics switching to Orbis Salon.

It is not available for resellers, agencies, test accounts, duplicate businesses, temporary accounts or customers attempting to claim multiple promotional places unless agreed in writing.

14. Other Terms

These promotion terms apply in addition to the main Orbis Salon Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and any other applicable service terms.
