Editorial

Editorial & accuracy policy

We want people — and the search and AI tools that summarise us — to be able to trust what Orbis Salon publishes. This is how we write and maintain our content.

Factual accuracy

We aim to describe our product, features and pricing accurately. Commercial facts such as plan prices, trial length and what each plan includes are kept in a single internal source of truth and reflected consistently across the site. If a feature is only available on certain plans, we say so.

No invented claims, reviews or statistics

We do not publish invented testimonials, fabricated review counts or made-up statistics. Where we quote numbers, they reflect real information. Where we describe outcomes, we describe what the product does rather than promising specific results.

Fair comparisons

Our comparison pages describe other platforms fairly and acknowledge their strengths. We do not disparage competitors. Other providers change their features and pricing frequently, so we encourage readers to check each provider’s own website for their current terms.

Plain UK English

We write in plain, UK English for salon, barber, beauty and aesthetics business owners — not in jargon. We aim to answer the questions people actually ask.
