Switcher evidence required
To qualify, you must provide evidence that your salon is switching from another booking or salon management platform and evidence that the previous platform has been cancelled or is in the process of being cancelled.

Who qualifies for the switcher offer? +
New Orbis Salon customers switching from another booking, salon management or appointment platform may qualify if they choose an eligible website-included plan and provide suitable evidence. Growth Standard and Signature Standard switchers can receive free standard app setup (first 25 approved salons only). Growth Service Fee and Signature Service Fee switchers can receive standard app setup for a £49 app build fee.
What evidence do I need? +
We may ask for evidence that you were using another platform and evidence that it has been cancelled or is being cancelled, such as a cancellation email, final invoice, screenshot or provider confirmation.
Does this apply to the Link to Existing Website option? +
No. The offer only applies to eligible website-included plans. Lite and Link to Existing Website options are excluded. Growth Standard (£29.99/month) and Signature Standard (£49.99/month) qualify for free standard app setup (first 25 approved salons only). Growth Service Fee (£14.99/month) and Signature Service Fee (£24.99/month) qualify for standard app setup with a £49 app build fee.
Do Service Fee plans qualify? +
Yes. Switchers on Growth Service Fee or Signature Service Fee plans can receive standard branded app setup for a one-off £49 app build fee. Free app setup is only available on qualifying Standard plans for the first 25 approved salons.
When will the app be created? +
Standard app setup starts after your free trial, once your account is on a qualifying paid plan and all required evidence, assets and developer account details have been provided. We aim to begin standard setup within 14 days from that point.
Are Apple and Google developer accounts included? +
No. Apple Developer and Google Play Developer accounts may be required and any third-party fees are the customer's responsibility unless agreed separately in writing.
Do I own the app code? +
No. The Orbis Salon app framework, source code and platform remain the property of Orbis Salon / Orbis Digital Ltd. You receive use of the app service while your eligible Orbis Salon subscription remains active.
What happens if I cancel? +
If the Orbis Salon service is cancelled, unpaid or suspended, access to the app service may be removed and the app may become unavailable.
Can I use my own domain? +
Yes. Customers can bring their own domain or use an agreed domain provided through Orbis Salon.
Is hosting included? +
Website hosting is included while you remain on an eligible active Orbis Salon plan. Free webmail is available on request where technically possible.
