Referral programme questions

How does the Orbis Salon referral programme work?

Log in to your Orbis Salon account, copy your unique referral link and share it with another salon, barber, beauty business or aesthetics clinic. When they join using your link and qualify under the programme terms, they receive an extra free month and you earn a free month/account credit.

When do I get my free month?

Your free month/account credit is applied once the referred salon qualifies under the referral programme terms — typically after they have completed signup through your link and become an active, paying customer.

When does the new salon get their extra month?

The referred salon receives their normal free trial plus an extra free month, applied when they join through a valid referral link, subject to the programme terms.

Can I refer more than one salon?

Yes. You can earn one free month/account credit for each qualifying referred salon, subject to the programme terms.

Can I refer my own business?

No. Self-referrals, and referrals of accounts you own or control, are not eligible for rewards.

Do referral rewards have cash value?

No. Rewards have no cash value and are applied as free time or account credit against Orbis Salon subscription fees only.

Can Orbis change the referral offer?

Yes. Orbis may amend or withdraw the referral programme at any time, and rewards may be withheld or reversed in cases of misuse. See the referral terms for details.
