Yes. Training records and a skills matrix show what each team member has completed and been signed off on, so nothing relies on memory or paper files.

Are certificates from the Academy accredited?▾

Certificates generated through Orbis Salon Academy are records of attendance, completion or internal sign-off unless the training provider has separately confirmed accreditation.
